Brain Association Graph
Discover relationships and connections between concepts related to neuroscience, and search for concepts that are semantically similar.
You can begin by exploring the concept category tree or searching for the concept that interests you. Once you find the concept, you can add it to the Selection Box by clicking on the node or the search result.
After selecting the concepts, you can create a relation graph based on them, search for similar concepts, or explore the connections between them.

Concept Category
This is a category which contains all brain concepts. Each kind of concept have a unique background color. Each leaf node in the category represents one concept.
Each branch node is assigned a representative concept according to their semantic similarity.
The semantic similarity is calculated by node2vec algorithm.
Click on a node to expand the tree. If you want to add a concept to the Selection Box, click on a leaf node.

A maximum of 20 search results can be displayed at a time.Click on a result to add it to the Selection Box.
Relation Graph
Generate a relaton graph of the selected concepts and the concepts that are similar to them.In the graph, every node represents a concept, while each edge denotes the links between the concepts.
The thickness of each edge is directly proportional to the number of links between two concepts. The size of each node is directly proportional to the total number of links related to that node.
You can adjust the layout by dragging the nodes.
